My Journey to the Mission Field: Why I’m “All In”
A former atheist and electrical engineer, I was believed science disproved God until I came to faith in 1997 through the prayers of my wife, Joey, and the transforming work of the Holy Spirit.
Though I believed in Christ’s resurrection my mind was still full of questions about how we can know Christianity is true. The Lord led me on a path of discovery to answers for my questions through the discipline of Christian apologetics, or the defense of the Christian faith, a journey I continue to this day as I use what I learn to answer the questions of others.
In 2022 I launched Apologetics on Mission, a ministry dedicated to raising Christian defenders globally.
The Mission: Equipping the Church Where It’s Most Needed
Through Apologetics on Mission, Ben will serve in regions where there is little access to apologetics training. By building long-term relationships and empowering local leaders, we’re defending biblical truth and making disciples.
