From overcoming childhood neurological challenges to becoming a globally recognized expert in my field, my life is a testimony to God’s grace and purpose, and the fact that God is not in as big of a hurry as we are..
Although I grew up in a Christian home, I wrestled with deep questions about science and faith. Through years of study, prayer, and training in apologetics, I’ve come to a solid and confident faith in the truth of the Bible. Now in retirement, I serve as an elder, Bible teacher, and mentor to young adults at my church, and I also teach apologetics through mission work, including trips to Africa.
My passion is to equip others to think deeply about their faith and to share the gospel with clarity and conviction. I invite you to partner with me in this mission—bringing thoughtful, faith-filled teaching to people and places hungry for truth and hope.
The Mission: Equipping the Church Where It’s Most Needed
Through Apologetics on Mission and your partnership, Carey will lead and support mission trips to Africa and beyond, teaching Christian Apologetics and equipping believers to confidently answer big questions about faith and science.
